IMPORTANT NOTICE ON BEHALF OF ARCSERVE

Changes to Arcserve Cloud Services & Arcserve OneXafe Solo 

The purpose of this notice is to inform you that Arcserve LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, on behalf of itself and its affiliate StorageCraft LLC, an Arcserve company (collectively referred to herein as “ Arcserve”), has begun the process of end-of-life (“ EOL”), for its Arcserve Cloud Services product and Arcserve OneXafe Solo product offerings. The detail below identifies the relevant dates and milestones in the EOL process for Arcserve’s Cloud Services and OneXafe Solo product offerings. 

  • Feb 8, 2024 (US Time Zone):  EOL Announcement - EOL notice distributed to Customers
  • Feb 12, 2024:  End-of-Sale - All purchases of Arcserve Cloud Services, Arcserve OneXafe Solo and Arcserve Cloud Credits via Arcserve’s Webstore
  • Mar 8, 2024:  End-of-Sale - All purchases of Arcserve Cloud Services, Arcserve OneXafe Solo and Arcserve Cloud Credits through Distribution.
  • Jul 31, 2024:  EOL and End-of-Support - The last day to receive service and support associated with Arcserve’s Cloud Services and OneXafe Solo product offerings.

End-of-Life (EOL) Announcement: 

Arcserve’s Cloud Services and OneXafe Solo product offerings will enter the EOL phase starting February 08, 2024, and will be terminated on July 31, 2024. This strategic decision aligns with Arcserve’s support policy and Cloud Services terms & conditions, and enables Arcserve to invest in innovative solutions to best serve our partners and customers. After July 31, 2024, all Cloud Services and OneXafe Solo products will become unavailable, and all service and support for Arcserve’s Cloud Services and OneXafe Solo product offerings will cease. 

Price Increase: 

To continue providing the high-quality cloud services you expect from Arcserve, we have determined a price adjustment is necessary across all applicable service tiers for Arcserve Cloud Services products, effective as of March 8, 2024. The new pricing set forth supersedes all special pricing and discounts. Arcserve has made this decision after careful evaluation of market conditions, operational costs, and investments, ensuring that we can continue to offer a seamless experience and uphold our commitment to continued excellence. 

The Cloud Services products price increase will apply to all service levels, pooled and non-pooled models, storage overages, and various add-on options. The change will also be reflected in bundle pricing for Arcserve ShadowProtect, ShadowXafe, and OneXafe Solo. We recommend that you consult with your solution provider for specifics on this price change. 

Note: There will be no change to the pricing structure for Arcserve’s ShadowProtect product and ShadowProtect SPX product.
