Stay supported: SunSystems customer updates 

To stay supported and secure, make sure you keep your SunSystems software up to date.  As part of Infor’s Product Lifecycle Policy, support levels have already changed, with more to come: 

• Extended Maintenance Ended 27th September 2024: Older versions, including SunSystems 4, 5 and early Query & Analysis versions, are now on Sustaining Maintenance with limited support and no new releases. 

• Extended Maintenance Ends 31st December 2025: 
  SunSystems 6 (6.1 to 6.3) will move to Sustaining Maintenance. 

Upgrading to SunSystems 6.4 or moving to Infor SunSystems Cloud means you’ll get full support, security updates and new features.
