This issue, reported as being caused by a recent update from CrowdStrike, has affected certain Windows PCs environments on a global scale. However, we want to reassure you that CrowdStrike is not a Kick product, and our internal and support platforms, data centres, and KickSecure services are not impacted by this outage. Our systems and services continue to operate smoothly, ensuring uninterrupted operations and support for our customers.
